Audrey Vandagriff Wins Elite Scholar-Athlete Award for NCAA Division I Softball Championship

OKLAHOMA CITY – Alabama sophomore outfielder Audrey Vandagriff is the recipient of this year's Elite Scholar-Athlete Award for the 2026 NCAA Division I Softball Championship, which was presented at Tuesday night's Women's College World Series banquet.
The award is presented to the student-athlete with the highest cumulative grade-point average participating at the finals site for each of the NCAA's championships. Vandagriff is the second Crimson Tide softball athlete to win the award, with Kaylee Tow winning what was previously referred to as the Elite 90 Award in 2019.
Vandagriff carries a 4.0 GPA in Sport Management and is a Dean's List honoree and three-time President's List selection.
