Football Closes Out Spring Practice with Annual Golden Flake A-Day

The Crimson Tide worked out through a full practice followed by a Yea Alabama autograph session

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama football spent approximately 90 minutes practicing in front of Crimson Tide fans for Golden Flake A-Day on Saturday afternoon inside Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Following the practice, which spanned 19 five-minute periods, Yea Alabama members were invited to an on-field autograph session that featured the entire roster along with head coach Kalen DeBoer.

The team practiced in helmets and shoulder pads during the 90-minute session. The workout featured a variety of drills for both the offense and defense, highlighted by six consecutive periods of team and 7-on-7 drills.
