
Sarah Ashlee Barker Named Ann Meyers Drysdale Shooting Guard of the Year Finalist

The graduate guard is the first to be named a top 10 finalist for the award in program history
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama women's basketball guard Sarah Ashlee Barker has been named one of 10 finalists for the 2024-25 Naismith Ann Meyers Drysdale Shooting Guard of the Year Award, the Tip Off Club of Atlanta announced Tuesday.
Barker is the first Crimson Tide student-athlete to be named a finalist for the award and only one of three Southeastern Conference guards on the list.
Fans can support their favorite players in the remaining rounds by participating in Fan Voting, starting Friday, Feb. 7, on hoophallawards.com. The Fan Vote will count as one committee vote during the finalist selection process.
