The Crimson Tide will open the week-long competition on Monday at the Gabrielsen Natatorium in Athens, Ga.

The Alabama swimming and diving team will open competition at the Southeastern Conference Championships on Monday, Feb. 17
The six-day event will be hosted by Georgia at the Gabrielsen Natatorium in Athens, Ga.
Emily Jones paces the women's squad as the junior is primed to finish in the A finals in three events, after ranking second in the league in the 100 backstroke, fourth in the 200 backstroke and ninth in the 100 fly
Additionally, Cadence Vincent sits third in the 50 free and eighth in the 100 freestyle, while Avery Wiseman is third in the 200 breaststroke and seventh in the 100 breaststroke
Diana Petkova holds the eighth-best 100 breaststroke performance as Victoria Raymond ranks 10th in the 100 butterfly
Alabama currently sits at third in the women's 200 freestyle relay and 200 medley relay, followed by a fourth-place ranking in the 400 medley relay and a fifth-place ranking in the 400 freestyle relay
The men's team has five swimmers ranked in the league's top 10 as Charlie Hawke holds the third and fifth-best times in the 200 and 500 freestyle, respectively
Kaique Alves ranks sixth in the 200 freestyle, Trey Sheils ranks sixth in the 100 breaststroke, Leonardo Alcantara ranks seventh in the 1650 freestyle and Tommy Hagar ranks eighth in the 200 backstroke and 10th in the 200 individual medley
Alabama is listed at third in the men's 400 freestyle relay, sixth in the 200 freestyle and 400 medley relay, and ninth in the 200 medley relay
Colten Cryer, Nigel Chambers enters the SEC Championships with NCAA Zone cuts in all three events
Brooklyn O'Day holds Zone Cuts on the 3m and platform, while Rin Drudge has qualified on the 1m and 3m board and Peter Edin has qualified on the 3m board
