The sophomore earns his third SEC Player of the Week honor this season

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Alabama men's basketball guard Labaron Philon Jr. has been named the Southeastern Conference Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday afternoon.

The weekly accolade comes after Philon Jr. led Alabama to a pair of victories over Clemson and UTSA. The sophomore averaged 24.3 points, 4.5 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists in Alabama's two wins.
