Alabama Baseball’s Jax College Baseball Classic Schedule Finalized

The Crimson Tide will take part in the second annual round robin tournament starting Feb. 21
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama baseball team's three-day schedule for the Jax College Baseball Classic, hosted at Financial Ballpark, has been announced.
The Crimson Tide, along with Coastal Carolina, NC State, and Ohio State, are all slated to participate in the round-robin tournament to be played at Financial Ballpark, the home of the Miami Marlins Triple-A affiliate, the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp.
Alabama will open its time in Jacksonville with a matchup against Coastal Carolina on Feb. 21 at 5 p.m. CT. The Chanticleers were 36-25 a season ago, having advanced to the Clemson Regional Final before falling to the hosting Tigers. The Tide and Chanticleers have only matched up once before in 2008.
The Tide's Feb. 22 ballgame will see Alabama battle NC State at 3 p.m. CT. The Wolfpack were an impressive 38-23 last spring, earning a trip to the College World Series. Alabama has not faced NC State since 2021.
Alabama is set to conclude the Jax College Baseball Classic against Ohio State at 11 a.m. CT on Feb. 23. The Buckeyes posted a 29-26 mark in 2024, as Alabama and Ohio State will share the diamond for the first time since 1991.
