The 2023 all-region honoree led the Crimson Tide offense with eight goals last season
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama's Gianna Paul was named to the United Soccer Coaches Players to Watch List for forwards, the organization announced Tuesday.
Paul was named a 2023 United Soccer Coaches First Team All-Region honoree after a commanding offensive performance last season with a team-leading eight goals and 17 points. Over her two years with the Tide, the UA junior has scored 16 goals and tallied an impressive 38 points. She also enters the season ranked sixth all-time in program history for goals per game (0.33).

- Named a 2023 United Soccer Coaches All-Region honoree, the seventh first-team recipient in program history
- Earned 2023 First Team All-SEC honors, her second All-SEC honor in as many years after being named a second-team honoree and the SEC Freshman of the Year in 2022
