The Crimson Tide’s Martinez claimed the national title in pole vault over the weekend
MAYAGUEZ, Puerto Rico – Alabama track and field men's pole vaulter Louis Martinez was crowned the national champion at last weekend's Puerto Rican National Championships. Martinez used a 5.05-meter (16-6.75) performance to claim the gold medal.
