Alabama Participates in NCAA Final Four Media Day Thursday

The Crimson Tide was able to get on the Final Four game floor for the first time with a 90-minute closed practice
PHOENIX – The University of Alabama men's basketball team made its first appearance inside the 2024 Final Four venue State Farm Stadium, as players and coaches participated in media, video and photo day Thursday afternoon.

The day began with 30 minutes of open locker room media availability, followed by the entire Crimson Tide roster dressing in their game day uniform and participating in photo and video shoots ahead of the Final Four contest. Additionally, selected players also participated in interviews with the national television network and national radio broadcast to preview the national semifinal contest against UConn.

The day concluded with the team's first practice allotment on the court that will crown a national champion.
The No. 4 seed Crimson Tide will take on the tournament's No. 1 overall seed UConn Saturday night in the second semifinal which is slated to tipoff Saturday night at approximately 5:49 p.m. PT (7:49 p.m. CT) and will be televised on TBS.

NCAA Final Four Events
- TUSCALOOSA
- The University of Alabama will host a watch party inside of Coleman Coliseum on Saturday, April 6 with doors opening to the public at 7 p.m. CT. Admission is free, and parking is available in the Coleman Coliseum lots and the Capstone Parking deck. No outside food or drink is permitted, and both concessions and merchandise booths will be open. Metal detectors and clear bag policy will be in effect.
- PHOENIX
- Open practice day will be on Friday, April 5th with doors opening to the public at 10 a.m. MST. Alabama has the third time allotment and will be on the floor at 1:00 p.m. MST, followed by the University of Connecticut at 2:00 p.m. MST. More information on open practices can be found here.
- The Men's Final Four Fan Fest Presented by Capital One is taking place at the Phoenix Convention Center and opens Friday, April 5th at 12:00 MST and will remain open throughout the duration of the Final Four. Event details, hours of operation and ticketing information can be found here.
