No. 15 Alabama Concludes Weekend with 4-2 Victory Over Missouri

The Crimson Tide improve to 13-1 on the season, 4-0 in conference play
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The No. 15 Alabama women's tennis team remain undefeated in Southeastern Conference play (4-0) after defeating Missouri, 4-2, on Sunday afternoon at the Alabama Tennis Facility.
The 20th nationally-ranked doubles duo, Anne Marie Hiser and Loudmilla Bencheikh, opened the day with a doubles match victory (6-2) on court one over Mae Canete and Inah Canete. To secure the doubles point for Alabama, Ola Pitak and Klara Milicevic defeated Emelia Schwarte and Andrea Artimedi, 6-4, on court three.
The Crimson Tide continued to earn wins across four courts, including courts two, three, four and five, respectively. Milicevic defeated Romary Cardenas Rifik, 6-1, 3-1, while Petra Sedlackova also won in straight sets against Inah Canete (6-2, 6-3). Pitak and Anna Parkhomenko earned Alabama's last two points which finalized the win over Missouri. Both Pitak and Parkhomenko secured victories in two sets, winning 6-2, 6-4 and 6-2, 6-3, respectively.
