2024-25 Men's Basketball Fan Information: Know Before You Go

In advance of the 2024-25 season in Coleman Coliseum, the following notes below have been compiled to enhance the fan experience.
Promotions
- Visit the promotions page for a list of themes and promotions for all 2024-25 home games inside of Coleman Coliseum.
- Alabama Athletics is excited to host the first Bama's Got Talent, a talent competition that will take place throughout the 2024-25 Alabama men's and women's basketball seasons. Open to all ages and talents, the competition features a grand prize of $1,000 gift card. The deadline to submit auditions is Friday, November 1 at 5 p.m. CT.
- While most 2024-25 men's basketball home games are sold out through the Alabama Ticket Office, select single games are on sale now and available to purchase through the following ticket packages:
Public Parking/Shuttle Service
Free public parking is available in the 4th St. Soccer Lot with shuttle service starting 90 minutes before tipoff. Fans are encouraged to use University Blvd. for fastest access to the lot. Please note, the 2nd Ave. bridge will be accessible to Coleman pass holders only.
Clear Bag Policy Reminders
For quickest entry into Coleman Coliseum, we strongly recommend that you do not bring a bag on game day. If a bag is necessary, the bag must meet the following criteria for entry:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or 1-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch bags that are 4.5" x 6.5" or smaller with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
- Exceptions will only be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection by security personnel. Please ask for assistance at the security checkpoint. Learn more about Clear Bag Policy.
ALL-IN-1 Pass back again in 2024-25
Season ticketholders will again be able to take advantage of the ALL-IN-1 mobile ticketing feature this year. ALL-IN-1 is a smart ticket that simplifies the digital wallet experience. Here's how it works:
- All season tickets, season meal passes and season parking passes are eligible for ALL-IN-1
- Add each ALL-IN-1 ticket once per seat to your digital wallet
- After the game, the ALL-IN-1 pass will automatically update to the next event in the season
- The ALL-IN-1 pass will also update if tickets are transferred, and you can still transfer and manage eligible tickets from My Account.
Can't Make it to a Game? Share, Sell or Donate.
We understand that sometimes it's not possible to make every game, so if Alabama season ticket holders cannot make it to a home game, we encourage you to please share, sell or donate your tickets to Alabama friends and family to ensure that someone is in your seats. As a reminder, here is how to do it:
- Use your online account transfer to send them to friends and family. This is a free service to help you share your tickets. Â
- Use your online account to re-sell them through SeatGeek. They are a partner of Alabama Athletics and ensure the authenticity of tickets sold on their website.
- Donate your ticket back to Alabama, so that we can make sure that a military service member or veteran is in your seats for each and every game.
