HEAD COACH JAY SEAWELL COMMENTS
"This was a great tournament and an incredible venue in Colonial Country Club. We knew that this year's schedule was going to challenge our guys, and we did that with a purpose in order to identify things to work on and improve. I thought we did some things really well this week. I also thought we showed some signs of some immaturity, which this course can cause you to do. All those things are very fixable and it's good to know what we have to work on. One thing they've all learned is the line between success and winning is really thin, especially when you are competing against some of the best teams in the nation. I think we showed some good things this week and that we can go toe-to-toe with the best teams in the nation. I thought we showed grit. We can use those types of things as we move forward in order to build us into the team I think and know we can be."
