Dillard served as the Crimson Tide’s director of video operations for the 2022-23 season
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Bryce Dillard has been named the director of operations for the Alabama women's basketball team, head coach Kristy Curry announced Wednesday. Dillard's promotion comes after serving as the program's director of video operations during the 2022-23 season.
Dillard will enter his second season at Alabama after working with the Crimson Tide during the 2022-23 campaign. As the director of operations, he will assist with the day-to-day functions and logistics for the program. Additionally, Dillard will oversee team travel, budgets, booster club, coordinating practice times and will be the equipment liaison.

- Served as Alabama's director of video operations for the 2022-23 season
- Prior to Alabama, spent two years as the director of player personnel for the women's basketball team at Mercer (2020-22)
- Oversaw the budget, coordinated home game operations and executed all travel
- Spent five years at Georgia serving as a graduate assistant (2018-20) and student manager (2015-18)
- Scheduled team camps while also working with game clips, scouting reports and recruiting visits
- Served as an AAU assistant coach in Atlanta under Darius Taylor of the Atlanta Dream in 2017
