Pinckney, Holman Selected to ABCA/Rawlings All-Southeast Region Team

Pinckney was a named a first-teamer while Holman earned second-team recognition
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama's Andrew Pinckney and Luke Holman were named to the ABCA/Rawlings All-Southeast Region Team for Division I, the ABCA announced.
Pinckney was tabbed to the first team while Holman garnered second-team honors. The duo are the first Crimson Tide players to be named to the ABCA's All-Region Team since 2021 when Chase Lee and Peyton Wilson were both selected as first-teamers.
Andrew Pinckney
Outfielder, First Team
- Regarded as one of top outfielders in the SEC
- Led the Crimson Tide in hits (79), doubles (12) and total bases (151) during the 2023 campaign
- Ranked second on the team in average (.339), home runs (18), walks (40), RBI (58), runs (55), slugging (.648) and on-base percentage (.442) while tying for second in stolen bases (8)
- Known also for his defense, Pinckney finished 2023 with six outfield assists to give him 13 for his career, a total that is tied for the seventh-most in Crimson Tide history
Luke Holman
Pitcher, Second Team
- Grew into the Crimson Tide's ace during the 2023 campaign
- Tied for the team-high mark in wins with seven as part of a 7-4 record that included one combined shutout
- Led UA in ERA with a 3.67 (33 ER/81.0 IP) mark that ranked in the top-10 for SEC pitchers
- Limited opposing hitters to a .186 average while striking out 87 – both team-best totals
