Andrew Pinckney Named SEC Player of the Week

Pinckney finished with nine total hits last week, four of which went for extra bases including three home runs
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Alabama outfielder Andrew Pinckney was selected as the Southeastern Conference's Co-Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday. The recognition is Pinckney's second in his career after receiving SEC Extra Position Player of the Week honors in February 2023.

- Batted a team-best .474 with (9) hits, including a double, home runs (3), RBI (9), runs (4) a stolen base, and a slugging percentage (1.000)
- Totaled at least one hit in four games with three multi-hit games
- Led the team with 19 total bases
- Drove in a career-high and team-best (6) RBI in game two against Texas A&M with a pair of three-run homers in that second game
- Notched a solo homer on Sunday to get the Tide on the board first
