TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama-Auburn baseball series in Tuscaloosa from April 14-16 is officially sold out, the Alabama Ticket Office announced on Tuesday morning.
Tickets are still available for Alabama's remaining 29 home games. The Crimson Tide's other four SEC weekends include Kentucky (March 24-26) and Mississippi State (April 6-8) along with preseason top-10 teams in Vanderbilt (May 4-6) and Ole Miss (May 18-20). To purchase single game tickets or eight-game mini plans for the upcoming season, fans can visit the Alabama Athletics/TIDE PRIDE Ticket Office located in Coleman Coliseum or the Sewell-Thomas Stadium ticket window on gamedays. Those wishing to purchase tickets online can do so by clicking here.
Friday's series opener with the Tigers represents the Tide's first true sellout at Sewell-Thomas Stadium since May 6, 2018. It is also the first time The Joe has sold out for a three-game series, not including a doubleheader, since April 15-17, 2016. Following its reopening in 2016, Sewell-Thomas Stadium has hosted a total of 15 true sellouts and 34 total sellouts when the 2021 season is included.
Alabama's 2023 regular season will officially get underway this Friday, Feb. 17 when the Tide hosts the Richmond Spiders for a three-game series.
