Fall World Series Caps Week Six of Practice for Baseball

The Crimson Tide will take part in a three-game series to close out the fall schedule
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama baseball's sixth week of practice features the start of the team's Fall World Series.
The new week begins on Monday with a 2 p.m. CT practice at Sewell-Thomas Stadium. The Crimson Tide will also practice on Wednesday and Thursday, both scheduled for a 2 p.m. start, as well. Sandwiched between the practice dates is an intrasquad on Tuesday with first pitch set for 3:30 p.m.
The Fall World Series then begins on Friday, Nov. 3 at 3:30 p.m. The event will take place across the span of three games, including Monday, Nov. 6 and Wednesday, Nov. 8. Times for games two and three are still to be announced.
Additionally during the new week, head coach Rob Vaughn will appear on the 'Hey Coach Show' on Thursday, Nov. 2. Coach Vaughn will be joined by Kade Snell to recap the fall so far and discuss the upcoming FWS. Fans can listen live from 6:30-7 p.m. on the Crimson Tide Sports Network and through Facebook.
All scrimmages are subject to change. The length will be determined on a game-to-game basis. Spaced out between scrimmages are the team's regularly scheduled practice sessions. Dates and times of all practices and scrimmages for the upcoming week can be found on RollTide.com each Monday.
Admission to Alabama baseball's on-field activity is free to the public. Gates will open each day at approximately 2 p.m. Fans are asked to enter Sewell-Thomas Stadium through the main gate (Gate 3) located directly behind home plate. Once inside, fans are to stay in the lower bowl seating area with access to the upper levels of the stadium strictly prohibited.
