The Crimson Tide will travel to Winston-Salem on Oct. 29 to face the Demon Deacons
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama men's basketball will partner with Wake Forest to compete in a charity exhibition game on Oct. 29 in Winston-Salem, N.C., at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum. All proceeds from the contest will support stroke research at the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Comprehensive Stroke Center.
"We are excited and honored to partner with Wake Forest for this meaningful event," Alabama head coach Nate Oats said. "To be able to play an exhibition game and help people in need is a great opportunity that goes beyond basketball. At the same time, it will also give us an opportunity to test ourselves against a quality program in a road environment at Wake Forest."
Admission to the game will be free, with a suggested voluntary donation of $20 accepted at entry into Joel Coliseum. Additionally, there is an online donation form available now for donations to stroke research.
