Davis was the only UA player to finish in double digits, as Hannah Barber added eight points and four assists in the win. Jada Rice also contributed on the defensive end, matching a season-high with four blocks while pulling down five boards on the night.

Alabama Head Coach Kristy Curry Said
"I'm really proud of our team today. You know, (we had) a little bit of rust, you could tell after finals. To come into this building and get a win, it's a very difficult place to play against a team that was undefeated at home, is good for our team's confidence, I'm just really proud of our team. We just continue to have that growth mindset. Sure, there are things we need to continue to work on and improve but really good teams find ways to win. It wasn't our best day overall, but I'm proud of finding a way to win, and we had players off our bench step up and make some big plays. I thought Brittany (Davis) had a really good day and we just kept finding her. Credit to our kids for winning an ugly game right after finals."
