
Alabama-Mississippi State Meet on Friday for Fall Exhibition at The Joe

The Crimson Tide and Bulldogs are set for a 6 p.m. CT first pitch
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama and Mississippi State will take part in a fall exhibition on Friday, Oct. 21 at Sewell-Thomas Stadium. The SEC Western Division foes are scheduled for a 6 p.m. CT first pitch on Homecoming Weekend.
Gates will open at 4 p.m. for the exhibition with a $5 admission fee. All proceeds will go to the Alabama Grand Slammers. Tickets can be purchased day-of at the Gate 3 ticket window or in advance by visiting www.GrandSlammers.org.
Fans coming to the ballpark are permitted to park in any lot surrounding The Joe. In addition to the baseball game, there will be an event inside Coleman Coliseum that evening so parking may be limited.
Concession stands will not be open for the night but those in attendance are permitted to bring their own food and beverages. There will be no clear bag policy for fans entering the ballpark.
The exhibition with State will be the first of two for the Tide during the fall. Alabama will travel south on Friday, Oct. 28 to take on Auburn at Plainsman Park. First pitch between the Tide and Tigers is set for 6:30 p.m. next weekend.
