Alabama Volleyball Announces 2021 Schedule

The Crimson Tide will play 15 matches in Foster Auditorium this season
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – After splitting a conference-only schedule between the fall and spring semesters last year, Alabama volleyball returns to a full slate of 30 matches this fall, including 15 in Foster Auditorium.
The 2021 season kicks off with an exhibition match in Birmingham, Ala., against Samford Saturday, Aug. 21 before beginning in earnest the following weekend in Huntington, W. Va., on the campus of Marshall University where the Crimson Tide will face the Thundering Herd, Austin Peay and Miami (OH) Aug. 27-28 at the Marshall Invitational.
Alabama makes its home debut Sept. 2-4 hosting the Crimson Tide Invitational, facing Troy, Buffalo and Southern Miss. After a midweek road match at Kennesaw State on Sept. 7 the Tide heads to San Marcos, Texas Sept. 10-11 for matches against host Texas State and Miami. Alabama then returns to Foster Auditorium Sept. 17-18 to host the Bama Bash Invitational, welcoming Houston, Western Carolina and Tennessee Tech.
The SEC home slate includes single matches against Texas A&M (Sept. 22), Kentucky (Oct. 9) and Florida (Oct. 20) along with weekend doubleheaders against Georgia (Oct. 30-31), Arkansas (Nov. 6-7) and Ole Miss (Nov. 26-27). Single road matchups include LSU (Sept. 25) Missouri (Oct. 13) and Mississippi State (Nov. 3) along with pairs of matches at Auburn (Oct. 2-3), South Carolina (Oct. 23-24) and Tennessee (Nov. 18-19).
Ticketing information for Foster Auditorium as well as television information will be announced at a later date.
