The Crimson Tide takes on Georgia Friday and Tennessee Sunday
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama men's tennis team concludes a five-match home stand in Tuscaloosa this weekend at the Alabama Tennis Stadium with a pair of Southeastern Conference matches.
The Crimson Tide faces Georgia Friday at 6 p.m. CT, and Tennessee Sunday at 1 p.m. CT. The last time Alabama faced either team in dual-match competition was in 2019 after the 2020 dual match season came to an early end due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Head Coach George Husack Said
"We have two outstanding tennis programs coming to campus this weekend in Georgia and Tennessee. Both matches provide us with a great opportunity to improve while facing a pair of SEC heavyweights that have a long tradition of success. We're ready for the challenge as our team continues to develop and we're excited to once again compete in front of our fans. A year ago it seemed as if the world stopped. Fast forward through plenty of tireless work and unwavering commitment and we are competing. It's a blessing and opportunity for us all."
