TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Alabama women's basketball team returns to Coleman Coliseum for its fifth game in just 10 days, hosting Houston on Friday, Dec. 3. The contest will be broadcast on SEC Network Plus, with Gray Robertson and Richard Hendrix on the call.
Tickets to the nonconference contest start at just five dollars. Both single game tickets and season tickets are on sale now at RollTide.com, or fans can call the TIDE PRIDE/Athletic Ticket office at 205-348-BAMA.
Free parking is available to fans in the large parking lot adjacent to Coleman Coliseum.
The Crimson Tide is 6-2 to begin its season and is riding a four-game win streak. Alabama is coming off a dominant 71-44 triumph over Memphis Tuesday, where the Tide shot 46.0 percent from the field and outrebounded the Tigers, 44-34, to win the fifth straight meeting between the two programs. Four starters scored in double figures for the first time this season, while Megan Abrams and Brittany Davis led with 14 points apiece.
Brittany Davis is currently leading the Southeastern Conference and ranks 13th nationally in 3-pointers (23), while she is second in the conference and top-25 nationally in points (134). She has scored in double figures in all eight games this season, sinking at least two 3-pointers in each contest. Mingo-Young leads the conference and ranks sixth nationally in steals (25), while Hannah Barber is second in the league and fourth in the nation in assist-turnover ratio (4.83).
