
Bryce Young Selected as SEC Offensive Player of the Week

The sophomore threw for a career-high 371 yards while combining for four touchdowns on the night
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Alabama quarterback Bryce Young was selected as the Southeastern Conference's Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monday. The conference honor is Young's second of the season and UA's eighth as a team.
Offensive Player of the Week
- Combined for four touchdowns on the night with two passing and a pair rushing
- Completed 72.1 percent of his throws on 31-of-43 passing
- Totaled a career-high 371 yards through the air to go with 56 yards rushing, also a career-best total
- Finished 9-of-13 passing on third down while converting 12 total first downs for UA (eight passing, four rushing)
