Tide Tipoff Presented by Supe Store Set for Friday Night Inside Foster Auditorium

Alabama men’s and women’s basketball teams will be introduced at free event
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama fans will get their first glimpse of the 2021-22 Crimson Tide men's and women's basketball teams at the sixth annual Supe Store Tide Tipoff set for Friday, Oct. 22 inside Foster Auditorium.
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. CT with the show beginning at 7:30 p.m. CT. Seating at the free event is first-come, first-served.
The spectacle will kick off with an introduction of both the men's and women's teams, followed by hype videos, skills and 3-point contests, coach interviews, giveaways and more. The evening will conclude with a dunk competition, complete with a celebrity judging panel.
There will be limited capacity inside of the auditorium, but a large video board will be displayed outside of Foster Auditorium. Fans can also watch Tide Tipoff live on SEC Network+.
The Alabama men's team will compete in a charity exhibition game against Louisiana Sunday, Oct. 24 at 2 p.m. CT in Coleman Coliseum. The Alabama women's team will also compete in an exhibition game, squaring off against Alabama-Huntsville on Thursday, Nov. 4 at 6 p.m. CT in Coleman Coliseum.
Both teams will officially begin the regular season in a home doubleheader on Tuesday, Nov. 9. The women's team will tip off against Charleston Southern at 5 p.m. CT and the men's team will immediately follow against Louisiana Tech at 8 p.m. CT.
