Prielipp was one of four pitchers from the SEC named to the preseason first team
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama's Connor Prielipp was selected as a Preseason First Team All-American by Perfect Game USA, the outlet announced on Thursday. The preseason All-America honor is the second for Prielipp as he was also tabbed as a first-teamer by Collegiate Baseball News.

- Limited the opposition to an SEC-low .077 average while allowing the fewest hits (five) and earned runs in the league
- Averaged 2.14 hits allowed per nine innings to lead the SEC and rank third nationally
- Tops in the conference and ranked fifth in the country with a 0.52 WHIP
