Women’s Tennis Adds Graduate Transfer Sydney Riley to the Program

Riley transferred to the Crimson Tide after spending four years at Clemson

She's battle-tested and understands the toughness that's required to compete at the highest level. She was an integral part of Clemson's success in her standout career as a Tiger. She's going to make a decisive impact in our Bama Program."
Riley had her best season as a Tiger in 2020, while compiling an 11-1 dual match record, including a 4-1 mark in Atlantic Coast Conference play, while primarily playing at the No. 6 spot. From Oct. 2019 to March 2020, she held a 13-match win streak in singles.
In doubles, she had a 10-9 overall record in 2019-20, as she played at the No. 1 position in the dual match season. Additionally she was ranked as high as No. 56 in doubles (Nov. 13) with partner Eleni Louka.
