Alabama practiced in shoulder pads to open first full week of fall camp
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Alabama football team practiced in shells for the first time during fall camp in Monday's midday, two-hour session on the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields.
Monday's workout was the third in a series of 20 practices for the Crimson Tide before the team heads to Atlanta, Ga., to face off with the Duke Blue Devils on Aug. 31. The two teams will meet inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium for the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game with the matchup set for a 2:30 p.m. CT kickoff on ABC.
