Alabama Gets in Final Work Before First Scrimmage

The Crimson Tide crosses halfway point of spring practices Thursday afternoon
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Alabama football team held a two-hour practice session at the Thomas-Drew Practice Facility on Thursday in shells with the first scrimmage of the spring slated for Saturday afternoon.
It was Alabama's seventh practice, marking the halfway point of spring drills. The Crimson Tide will scrimmage twice before the annual Golden Flake A-Day Game on Saturday, April 13 at 1 p.m. CT in Bryant-Denny Stadium, giving Alabama three chances to replicate what a game will be like this fall.
