
Alabama Volleyball to Play Two Spring Matches in Foster Auditorium

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Fans can get an early look at the 2019 Alabama volleyball team and first-year head coach Lindsey Devine this spring, as the Crimson Tide will host a pair of matches in Foster Auditorium.
Alabama will face UAB on Thursday, March 21 at 7:30 p.m. CT and Jacksonville State on Friday, April 12 at 7 p.m. CT. Admission to both matches is free.
Head coach Lindsey Devine enters her first season at the helm of the Crimson Tide, arriving after a successful 16-year stint at East Tennessee State as its all-time winningest coach. Under her tenure, 28 student-athletes earned all-conference accolades, including three Player of the Year, three Libero of the Year and two Freshman of the year award-winners. She was the Southern Conference Coach of the Year in 2018, her second award in three seasons, after leading the Buccaneers to a regular season conference title, its highest win total (28) since 1983 and an at-large bid for the 2018 NCAA Tournament.
