Reyna Reyes Named to United Soccer Coaches All-Southeast Region Team

Reyes earns third team honors for her rookie season performance
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Freshman midfielder/defender Reyna Reyes earned United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division 1 Women's All-Southeast Region honors after an outstanding 2019 campaign. Reyes was named to the third team and is the only freshman on all three Southeast Region teams.
In her rookie season, Reyes played and started in 18 matches. The Garland, Texas native scored three goals and notched one assist to accumulate a total of seven points. She also earned a spot on both the All-SEC First Team and All-Freshman team and was named to TopDrawer Soccer's Team of the Week after her strong offensive performance in the Tide's 3-2 overtime win against Mississippi State.
Reyes is the fourth freshman in Alabama history to receive All-Region honors.
