DeVonta Smith named to Biletnikoff Award Watch List on Wednesday
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama football team held its second full-pad practice of the week today, working for two hours at the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields on Wednesday afternoon.
The session was the third of the week as the team prepares to face the Texas A&M Aggies in College Station, Texas on Saturday. CBS will air this weekend's meeting with the Aggies from Kyle Field at 2:30 p.m. CT Saturday, Oct. 12, with Brad Nessler, Gary Danielson and Jamie Erdahl on the call.
Alabama junior wide receiver DeVonta Smith has been added to the Biletnikoff Award Watch List, the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation announced Wednesday.
Smith joins a trio of wide receivers Jerry Jeudy, Henry Ruggs III and Jaylen Waddle on the Biletnikoff list. Jeudy, Ruggs III and Waddle were named to the preseason watch list in July.
