Crimson Tide Continues Training for Homecoming Game Against Arkansas

Alabama’s offensive line was named to the Joe Moore Award mid-season honor roll Tuesday
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama continued preparations Tuesday for the Homecoming matchup against the Arkansas Razorbacks this weekend, working for two hours in full-pads at the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields this afternoon.
The contest with Arkansas on Saturday, Oct. 26, at Bryant-Denny Stadium will kickoff at 6:00 p.m. CT with Dave Pasch, Tom Luginbill and Greg McElroy on the call. The home game will be the last matchup for Alabama in October before a bye weekend during the first weekend of November.
Mid-Season Honors
Alabama's offensive line was named to the Joe Moore Award mid-season honor roll Tuesday. The Tide front line has paved the way for 513.4 yards per game of total offense, good for ninth in the country through seven games this season.
Junior safety Xavier McKinney was added to the Chuck Bednarik Award, the Maxwell Football Club announced Tuesday afternoon. Through seven games, the Roswell, Ga., native has accumulated a team-best 53 tackles, which ranks sixth in the SEC.
