Alabama Wraps Up Practice Week for Tennessee on Thursday

Nick Saban named to 2019 Dodd Trophy Midseason Watch List
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama held its final practice of the week on Thursday in advance of Saturday's annual meeting with SEC East rival Tennessee. The Tide worked in a helmets-only session at the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility this afternoon.
Alabama and the Volunteers will meet for the 102nd time on Saturday, Oct. 19, at Bryant-Denny Stadium. The game will kickoff at 8:10 p.m. CT on ESPN with Steve Levy, Brian Griese, Todd McShay and Molly McGrath on the call.
Also on Thursday, the Bobby Dodd Coach of the Year Foundation and Chick-fil-A announced Alabama head coach Nick Saban as one of the 22 coaches added to the Dodd Trophy Midseason Watch List. The 2019 Dodd Trophy winner will be announced in Atlanta during bowl week at this year's College Football Playoff Semifinal at the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl.
