Alabama Men’s Tennis Moves Up to No. 21 in Latest Oracle/ITA Team Rankings

The Crimson Tide went 4-0 to begin the season over the weekend

TEMPE, Ariz. – The Alabama men's tennis team moved up one spot to No. 21 in the latest Oracle/ITA National Team Rankings, the organization announced on Wednesday morning.

The Crimson Tide is coming off opening weekend with a 4-0 record, including a strong 4-3 win over then-No. 23 Michigan on Saturday. Alabama also defeated Chattanooga, Charlotte and North Alabama to begin the 2019 campaign.

Next up for the Tide is a matchup with Northwestern on Friday, Jan. 25 at 6 p.m. inside the Roberta Alison Baumgardner Indoor Tennis Facility. The match will be streamed live on the UA Athletics YouTube page.
