Alabama Begins Game Week Preparations for Season Opener with Louisville

Crimson Tide puts in two hours of work on Monday afternoon
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama entered its game week schedule and preparations for its season opener with Louisville on Monday. Head coach Nick Saban and select players met with the media at noon before the Crimson Tide put in a two-hour session in full pads at the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields later in the day.
Monday marked the first of four practices before Alabama heads to Orlando, Fla., to take on the Cardinals in the Camping World Kickoff at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Fla., on Saturday, Sept. 1. The game is set to kickoff at 7 p.m. CT on ABC with Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit and Maria Taylor will be on the call.
Alabama will practice three more times this week before departing for Orlando on Friday.
