Avery Johnson Basketball Camps Now Open for Registration

Crimson Tide to offer day and overnight camps, as well as team camps
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Avery Johnson Basketball Camps officially released its camp schedule for the upcoming summer. All camps will take place in late June and will be held on the campus at the University of Alabama.
This will mark the fourth installment of Coach Avery Camps, which drew almost 2,000 campers a year ago and is considered one of the top camps in the Southeast region. As a result of strong interest in the individual camps in previous years, this year features two opportunities for individual campers to attend.
All camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by age and the number of participants. Coach Avery Camps is solely operated by Avery Johnson Basketball Camps, which is not affiliated with The Board of Trustees of the University of Alabama or The University of Alabama.

Below is a list of each camp and the dates.
PLAY DATE CAMPS (JUNE 14,15,16)
- Includes JV, small varsity and large varsity divisions
- $300 per team per day, three games guaranteed
- Teams may stay in UA housing properties for an additional charge
- More than 30 teams expected at each play date camp

INDIVIDUAL OVERNIGHT CAMP (June 17-20)
- For boys ages 10 through high school
- Campers will receive individual instruction from former and current players, as well as some of the top coaches in the region
- Each camper will receive a personal evaluation from his camp coach, as well as a camp t-shirt, a camp ball and a photo with coach Johnson
- All meals provided
- Campers will stay in UA Housing properties
- $450 per camper

INDIVIDUAL DAY CAMP (June 24-27)
- For all kids ages 7-14
- Campers will receive individual instruction from former and current players, as well as some of the top coaches in the region
- Each camper will receive a personal evaluation from his/her camp coach, as well as a camp t-shirt, a camp ball and a photo with coach Johnson
- Lunch provided
- $350 per camper
