
Alabama Men’s Golf Ranked No. 6 in Latest National Rankings

Crimson Tide remains in the top-10 of the Golfweek Coaches Poll
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama men's golf team will enter postseason play ranked among the top-10 teams in the country in the latest national rankings. The Crimson Tide check in at No. 6 nationally in the latest Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll, which was released on Friday.
Oklahoma State received 21 first-place votes to remain the unanimous No. 1 team in the poll. The Cowboys have ranked first in five straight polls. Texas A&M stayed at No 2, while Oklahoma, Vanderbilt and Georgia Tech round out the top five. The rest of the top-10 include the Tide at No. 6, followed by No. 7 California, No. 8 Auburn, No. 9 Florida and No. 10 LSU, respectively.
Six Southeastern Conference teams make up the top-10 in the latest poll, with eight of the 14 teams in the conference being ranked among the nation's top-25 heading into next week's Southeastern Conference Championships. The tournament will tee off on April 25 in St. Simon's Island, Ga., and will run through April 30. Live scoring throughout the event can be found on Golfstat.com.
