Giveaways, Fan Experiences Await for Weekend Softball Series Between Alabama and Tennessee

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – A busy weekend on the University of Alabama campus includes a three-game home series for Alabama softball, hosting the Tennessee Lady Vols at Rhoads Stadium.
Alabama and Tennessee open its three-game series at 4:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, April 21 and UA marketing will be giving away 500 free foam gloves to those in attendance. Sunday's contest, set for a 2 p.m. CT start, will have its usual slate of Kids Day activities, including a pre-game kids zone with face painting and bounce houses, a chance to run the bases after the game as well as postgame autographs from the entire Crimson Tide softball team.
Saturday and Sunday are also Academic Achievement nights, allowing area school children to redeem their admission vouchers earned earlier in the year. Our Monday Night Softball themed t-shirts return for the weekend finale with the Lady Vols, set for a 6 p.m. CT start on Monday, April 23. Shirt supplies are limited so make sure to get there early.
