Alabama Football Adds 23rd Student-Athlete to 2019 Early Signing Period Class

Running back Trey Sanders the fourth five-star player to sign with the Crimson Tide in this class
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama football announced the addition of running back Trey Sanders to its 2019 recruiting class on Thursday.
The addition of Sanders ups the Tide's class to 23 student-athletes in the early period, which runs through Friday.
The 23 high school players come from 10 states – Alabama (6), Florida (4), Georgia (3), Maryland (3), New Jersey (2), Illinois (1), Kentucky (1), Louisiana (1), Mississippi (1) and Texas (1).
Alabama's 2019 signing class ranks No. 1 nationally by 247Sports, ESPN and Rivals.
As listed by position, the Crimson Tide add to its roster five offensive linemen, five linebackers, four defensive backs, three defensive linemen, two quarterbacks along with one player each at placekicker, running back, tight end and wide receiver.
