Redshirt senior Jamey Mosley among the candidates for the 2018 Burlsworth Trophy
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama returned to the Thomas-Drew Practice fields Tuesday afternoon, practicing for two hours in full pads for the first time this week.
The top-ranked Crimson Tide takes on No. 4 LSU Saturday in Baton Rouge, La., at 7 p.m. The contest will be broadcast by CBS with Brad Nessler, Gary Danielson and Jamie Erdahl on the call.
Alabama enters Saturday's contest with a 40-7 (.851) record in Southeastern Conference road games under Nick Saban.
Redshirt senior Jamey Mosley has been nominated for the Burlsworth Trophy, which is presented annually to the most outstanding football player who began his career as a walk-on. The 2018 Burlsworth Trophy winner will be announced on Dec. 8 in Springdale, Ark.
