Week Two of the Fall Begins for Alabama Baseball

Crimson Tide heads into week two after seeing progress in week one
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama baseball begins week two of the fall on Monday afternoon after a productive opening week of fall camp.
The Crimson Tide's first week of the fall featured two full practices along with three scrimmages. Alabama wrapped up week one on Saturday with a practice and scrimmage, all a part of "Parent's Day" at The Joe.
Alabama made progress through the week, with the hitters holding the advantage through the first five practices. The pitching and defense was not far behind, as the Tide worked on making improvements each time out.
Week two opens with a 2:30 p.m. CT practice on Monday. The Tide will use Tuesday to get a quick practice in before the start of the first scrimmage of the week, scheduled for a 3:45 p.m. first pitch. Wednesday will be an off day for the Crimson Tide before heading back to the diamond on Thursday.
Thursday will mirror Tuesday's schedule, with a 2:30 p.m. practice time followed by a 3:45 p.m. first pitch in scrimmage No. 2 of the week. Friday marks the second full practice, before a final scrimmage to close out the docket on Saturday. The intrasquad matchup on Saturday will begin at 11:30 a.m. CT after an on-field workout, which is scheduled to begin at 10:15 a.m.
All scrimmages are subject to change. The length will be determined on a game-to-game basis. Spaced out between scrimmages are the team's regularly scheduled practice sessions. Dates and times of all practices and scrimmages for the upcoming week can be found on RollTide.com each Monday.
Admission to Alabama baseball's on-field activity is free to those interested in attending. Fans are asked to enter Sewell-Thomas Stadium through the main gate (Gate 3) located directly behind home plate. Once inside, fans are to stay in the lower bowl seating area with access to the upper levels of the stadium strictly prohibited.
