Alabama Football Continues Work towards SEC Opener at Vanderbilt

Tide and Commodores are scheduled for a 2:30 p.m. CT kickoff at Vanderbilt Stadium on Saturday
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The University of Alabama football team practiced for two hours in full pads on Wednesday afternoon at the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields.
The Crimson Tide continued to work on its gameplan for this weekend's matchup with Vanderbilt in Nashville. The Crimson Tide and Commodores are scheduled for a 2:30 p.m. CT kickoff at Vanderbilt Stadium with the game airing on CBS. Brad Nessler and Gary Danielson will work from the booth with Allie LaForce patrolling the sidelines.
Alabama and Vanderbilt will meet for the 84th time on Saturday. The Crimson Tide leads the all-time series, 59-19-4 (after vacations), and has won the last 21 contests dating back to 1985. The Tide is 27-14-2 all-time against VU in Nashville and has won the last 18 matchups in the Music City.
