The Crimson Tide welcomes the Rams to Bryant-Denny Stadium this Saturday
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The University of Alabama football team worked out in full pads Wednesday afternoon during a two-hour practice at the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields.
Wednesday's session continued preparations for this weekend's matchup against Colorado State. The Rams and the Crimson Tide will be meeting for only the second time in the history of the two programs. The Tide's first meeting came in a 31-6 win over the Rams on Sept. 21, 2013, in UA's home opener at Bryant-Denny Stadium. The Rams are led by Mike Bobo, who is in his third year at Colorado State.
Alabama will return to work tomorrow afternoon and will wrap up the practice slate on Friday. The Crimson Tide and Rams are scheduled for a 6:05 p.m. CT kickoff at Bryant-Denny Stadium on ESPN2, with Mark Jones, Rod Gilmore and Quint Kessenich on the call. Â
