Players, coaches and staff are invited back to Tuscaloosa September 15-16
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – This September, the Alabama men's tennis program is getting the old gang back together.
Head coach George Husack is inviting the Crimson Tide's alumni back to campus September 15-16 for a weekend event that will include a wood racket doubles tournament, pre-game lunch in the A-Club Room at Bryant-Denny Stadium as well as the Alabama-Colorado State football game.
"We're getting really excited to have everyone back on campus this fall," Husack said. "There is such a bond among everyone who wears the script A of Alabama on their uniform and to have the alumni come back and to hear the stories that each generation brings to these things is really special."
This marks the Crimson Tide's first full reunion since November of 2014. That reunion saw players from every decade dating back to the 1950s return to the Capstone.
All members of the men's tennis alumni family are encouraged to fill out the linked alumni questionnaire and any questions about the reunion can be sent to Husack at ghusack@ia.ua.edu.
