Mark Ingram enjoyed a career day, rushing for 131 yards and three touchdowns on 21 carries as the New Orleans Saints defeated the Buffalo Bills, 47-10. He also became the third player in Saints history to rush for more than 130 yards and three touchdowns in a single contest, joining George Rogers and Ricky Williams.
A pair of former Crimson Tide teammates met in San Francisco, as Reuben Foster and the 49ers welcomed Landon Collins and the New York Giants. Foster continued his impressive play since returning from injury, racking up a team-high 10 tackles, including one tackle for loss, as the 49ers earned their first win of the season with a 31-21 victory over the Giants.
