The Crimson Tide welcomes the Razorbacks to Bryant-Denny Stadium for homecoming weekend
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The University of Alabama football team put in two more hours of work in full pads on Wednesday afternoon at the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields.
The Tide continued to refine its game plan to counter the balanced Arkansas offensive attack, one the Southeastern Conference's top ranked units. The Crimson Tide and Razorbacks will go head-to-head on this Saturday, Oct. 14, at Bryant-Denny Stadium with kickoff scheduled for 6:20 p.m. CT. Alabama's homecoming game will air live on ESPN with Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit in the booth and Maria Taylor on the sidelines for the broadcast.
The Crimson Tide and Razorbacks will meet for the 28th time in a series that dates back to 1962, with Alabama holding a 17-8 (after vacations) advantage. Head coach Nick Saban is 13-2 (12-2 after vacations) in his career against Arkansas, including a 10-0 mark (9-0 after vacations) at Alabama. Arkansas head coach Bret Bielema is 0-4 all-time against the Crimson Tide.
