Alabama Football Holds Final Practice Before Saturday’s Scrimmage

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The University of Alabama football team put in the final preparations before tomorrow's scrimmage with a roughly two-hour session in shells at the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility on Friday afternoon.
The Crimson Tide's 18th session of the fall began at 3:30 p.m. with the team readying themselves for Saturday's scrimmage. By the end of Fall Camp, the Tide will have put together 28 practices leading up to the AdvoCare Classic at AT&T Stadium on Sept. 3. Alabama will face off against Southern California in the season-opening contest with the game kicking off at 7 p.m. CT on ABC.
Saturday will feature the team's second and final scrimmage of the fall with kickoff set for 1 p.m. CT inside Bryant-Denny Stadium. Media members wishing to attend the practice viewing period are to report to Gate 3 by 12:30 p.m. CT.
