- The Tide is led in scoring by junior Meoshonti Knight, who is averaging 12.4 points per game. Sophomore Shaquera Wade paces Alabama in rebounding with 6.9 boards per contest, while freshman Jordan Lewis continues to be the team's leader in assists at 3.9 per outing.
- Alabama has four student-athletes averaging double-figure points thus far. Joining junior Meoshonti Knight (12.4 ppg) is junior Hannah Cook (11.7 ppg), sophomore Shaquera Wade (11.7 ppg) and freshman Jordan Lewis (10.3). Junior Quanetria Bolton is just outside with 9.8 points per contest.
- The Tide is currently outscoring its opponents by 30.1 points per game (79.9-49.8) and outrebounding the opposition by an average of 12.9 boards per contest (49.4-36.6).

- After not shooting a free throw for the first five games of the season, junior Hannah Cook has gone 13-for-13 from the line in the last three contests.
WILLIAMS CLOSING IN ON 1,000
- Junior Ashley Williams is 129 points away from becoming Alabama's 25th 1,000 point scorer in program history.
- Should she reach that number this season, she would be only the 13th Crimson Tide student-athlete to reach the milestone in three years or less.
WILLIAMS EARNS UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE

BALANCED OFFENSE
- One of Coach Curry's team goals for the season is to have at least four in double-figure points each outing.
- The Crimson Tide reached that goal in six of its nine games this season as five recorded 10 or more points three times and five did so on one occasion.
- Alabama was just shy in its games against Georgia Southern, as three finished in double figures and one had eight, and Alcorn State, where three had double figures and two had nine points.
ALABAMA DOMINATING POINTS IN THE PAINT

- The team is led in scoring by junior Imani Tilford and freshman Francesca Pan, who both average 11.2 points per game. Tilford also leads Tech in assists with 2.5 per game, while redshirt junior Elo Edeferioka is the team's top rebounder at 5.3 boards per contest.
- As a team, the Yellow Jackets are averaging 69.9 points per game, 12.6 more than their opponents, and 41.3 rebounds per contest. Like Alabama, Georgia Tech has been one of the top defensive teams early on, holding opponents to 33.3 percent from the floor to rank 13th nationally. In addition, the Yellow Jackets are also good at getting to the line as they rank 19th in free throw attempts with 220 on the season.
- Georgia Tech is under the direction of MaChelle Joseph, who is in her 14th season as head coach of the Yellow Jackets. Joseph, the winningest coach is Georgia Tech history, has guided the Yellow Jackets to nine postseason appearances and advanced to the NCAA Sweet 16 in 2012. Joseph is no stranger to the SEC either as she spent 1997-2001 on Auburn's staff as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator under Joe Ciampi. She, like Alabama head coach Kristy Curry, assistant coach Shereka Wright and director of operations and video Grant Fausset, also has ties to Purdue as Joseph was a four-year starter for the Boilermakers from 1989-92.
