Julio Jones becomes the sixth player in NFL history to record 300 receiving yards in a single game
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Below is a look at some of the highlights from last week by former Crimson Tide players currently in the NFL.
Julio Jones put on record-breaking performance in the Atlanta Falcons' 48-33 win over the Carolina Panthers, finishing with 12 catches for a team-record 300 yards and a touchdown. The All-Pro wideout broke his former franchise mark of 259 yards (2014).Â
Jones became the sixth player in NFL history to record 300 receiving yards in a single game and just the fourth in the Super Bowl era. Second-year standout Landon Collins recorded his first double-digit tackles game thus far, finishing with a team-high 10 stops, including one for a loss, in the New York Giants' 24-10 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Collins currently leads the Giants defense in solo tackles with 25.

A career day was had by Mark Ingram, who continued his steady play, rushing for 56 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries in the New Orleans Saints' 35-34 victory over the San Diego Chargers. Ingram also hauled in six passes for a team-high 49 yards.
Recording his best game of 2016, T.J. Yeldon finished with 14 carries for 71 yards while adding four catches for 46 yards in the Jacksonville Jaguars' 30-27 win over the Indianapolis Colts.
